No Payment Fees, No Ticket Relay Fees!
We're a family with season tickets who can't go to all our games, not a professional ticket broker. We therefore do everything we can to streamline this process for you and for us.

Payments via Paypal with No Transaction Cost -- Compare to $5 to $15 per ticket and more at Ticketmaster and StubHub
If you buy a game more than two weeks in advance you can send us a check. After it clears we'll send you the tickets and remove them from sale.
If you can meet in San Rafael we'll accept payment in cash and will hand you the tickets on the spot. We can sometimes do the same in San Francisco.
We prefer payment through Paypal, which is like using your credit card and gives you protections as a buyer. Using Paypal is free for buyers.
We charge no transaction for processing, so we absorb all the Paypal charges. This is far less than the $5-$10 per ticket charged by Ticketmaster or the $4.95 plus 10% of the ticket price charged by StubHub.
If you're not familiar with Paypal, you can read about the benefits of using the service and sign up for free here.
Sorry, no refunds.
Shipping via Giants Ticket Relay is Free
We do ticket transfers via the Giants' Ticket Relay service, which costs us $2 per ticket. This is one more example of a fee you'd pay to Stubhub or other providers, but which is free with us.
You'll get an email from the Giants themselves confirming your tickets will be there for you to pick up when you get to the ballpark. You can print the email and take it with you as extra insurance when you go. You can read all about Ticket Relay here on the Giants website.
You do not have to sign up for anything to receive tickets through Ticket Relay.
When we have family coming in from out of town and we buy extra Giants tickets we always use Ticket Relay. It means you KNOW your seats are waiting for you when you leave for the ballpark.
