How many rows behind home plate are the seats?
We're in Row R of section 115, and in the center of the section behind home plate, which puts us 18 rows back in the Field Club.
Do you have aisle seats?
No, our seats are in the center of the section. Section 115 at AT&T Park is centered directly behind home plate... but I guess the name of this website makes that pretty obvious!
Can I pay with cash or check instead of PayPal?
For games that are more than 15 days in the future you can send us a check. After it clears we'll send you the tickets and remove the game(s) from our sales list.
What is Ticket Relay and how does it work?
Ticket Relay is a system run by the Giants that electronically transfers your tickets from us to you, so that you can pick them up at computer kiosks or the Will Call windows at AT&T Park the day of the game (or earlier). Our prior buyers have told us they absolutely love this service. You can read more about it on the Giants' website.
Can we buy fewer than 4 pickets if 4 are available?
Yes, if we have four seats available you can buy either two or four. Sorry, but we don't sell single tickets or groups of 3, since single tickets are very hard to sell.
Do you have references from people who've bought your tickets in the past?
Yes, you can see them on our page here.
What's the difference between Field Club and Premium Lower Box?
We occasionally see deceptive ads for seats in "Premium Lower Box" where the sellers are implying that these are the best available seats in the seating chart Premium Lower Box are actually the seats BEHIND the Field Club area and farther down the lines, and they don't have access to the private dining areas and the clubhouse-to-field ramps used by the players. Field Club seat holders have exclusive access to these areas.
What's the difference between Field Club and Club Level?
Field Club are the seats closest to the field and centered on home plate in the seating chart. Club Level are seats anywhere on the second deck of the stadium.
What they have in common: Both Field Club and Club Level have access to private dining areas and bars where you can eat inside before, during or after a game. There are more food choices and on a cold night you can go inside to warm up for a few minutes and watch the game on TV while sipping some liquid fire.
What's different: In Field Club you're much closer to the field, you have in-seat food service, and the tunnels the players use to reach the field cross the Field Club area. This means you can stand by the ropes before and after the game and see the players walk right by you. If a starter is pulled in the seventh you can go downstairs, stand by the ropes and usually it's not too long before he walks by you going back to the clubhouse.
Is the list of available tickets current?
We update the list of open seats as often as two or three times a day as tickets are sold. Tickets go to the first buyer whose payment we receive.
Do you ever make deals that discount these prices?
If you want to buy at least five games at the same time we'll offer you a discount -- email us with the dates you have in mind and the number of tickets.
We do not negotiate the prices listed on our Available Tickets Page for individual games, although we update the page frequently.
We're season ticket holders as well. Can we team up with you to sell our tickets on your website and pay you a commission?
Thanks so much for your compliments and your message. We're not ticket brokers, just Giants fans who need to sell off our extra tickets to be able to afford our season package. If we tried helping someone else we'd be out of our league. But thanks for asking!
